Gareth Emery – Exposure

Gareth Emery just started his own label, called Garuda, and on May 5th, the first release will become available. This release will contain 2 tracks from mister Emery himself, ‘Exposure’, and ‘Metropolis’. It’s been quite a while since his last solo project: ‘This is That’, which was released on April, 4th 2008, although he remixed some other tracks, let’s see if he still got it!

Review Exposure

Exposure starts off really nice, with a driving and energetic baseline and kicks. You’ll get a nice mini break, containing a really nice melody, and the synth sounds good too. But then you’ll get a bit noise through the main synth used for the melody, which isn’t really a great choice in my opinion, but the melody is great, and the breakdown is energetic enough so overall, I think exposure is quite a good song, but not really special.
