Filo and Peri feat Eric Lumiere – Soul And The Sun
Filo and Peri’s latest release, Soul And The Sun, with vocals from Eric Lumiere got released not so long ago. Packed with remixes from Giuseppe Ottaviani and Jerome Isma-Ae, and supported by Markus, Armin, Paul Van Dyk and many more. This release is yet again very promising! But is it?
Original Mix
Very nice release again by Filo & Peri, they really know how to work with male vocals! The lyrics are very sticky and it’s great to sit back and listen!
Giuseppe Ottaviani Remix
Amazing beats added by Ottaviani, providing full lyrics, this is definitely an improved version of the original mix!
Jerome Isma-Ae Remix
Not really a surprise Jerome comes out as best remix, every song he lays his hands on comes out with an unique bassline and synths. A lot of the lyrics were stripped out in this version, not really a shame if you don’t like male vocals. But the sticky part was left in, ‘To walk with the soul and the sun’. This is Trance ladies and gentlemen. Pumpin’ tune once again by Jerome!
In the twist of the morning light
Lies a soldier that doesn’t fight
There’s a battle going wrong
War don’t care what side you’re onSomeone’s watching from far away
No one’s ever really safe
And everyone gets hurt
But only some will learnLook to the sky in founded gray
Without a road you make your way
All you’ve got is what you know
It’s up to you where you goTake a chance
Black or white
In the end’s no wrong or rightAnd all that you’ve been trough
And all that it leads toCaught in the frame of a burning fight
Do you wanna let go
Do you wanna go high
You’ve had enough
Your heart’s aboveThis is a fear that you cannot name
The future’s always been the same
The time has come
To walk with the soul and the sun
